Residential Complex Proposal
Seoul has a huge undersupply of hotel rooms proportional to the number of visiting tourists. The statistcis are staggering: over the last decade Seoul has increased its foreign visitors by 6 fold to around 12 million visitors/year.
Our client wants to address this problem in the market by creatinga a micro business hotel based on a "bespoke" container system. Working together with leading korean steel manufacturers we have developed a unit system hotel that creates very diverse facade systems usings a fixed module type.
